Privacy Policy

Kaalm Holdings LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company (116 Agnes Rd, Ste 200, Knoxville, TN 37919), runs Golf League Link. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Organizers

We store your name, email address and sign-in details, plus the leagues you create. Payments are processed by Stripe; we receive your subscription status and a customer reference, never your full card number.

Players

Players don't create accounts. Organizers enter player names and handicaps, and players enter scores through the game link. Player names and scores are stored for the league and shown on that league's leaderboards, including to anyone who has the game link.

How we use data

• To run the service: rosters, games, leaderboards, stats and payout suggestions.
• To bill organizers and send account emails.
• We don't sell personal data and we don't show ads.

Service providers

We use hosting and database providers, Stripe for payments, and a golf course data provider for course lookups (which receives course search terms only).

Keeping and deleting data

League data is kept while the account exists. An organizer can delete a league at any time from League Settings. To delete your account, email support@golfleaguelink.com. A player can ask their organizer, or us, to remove their name.
