Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Kaalm Holdings LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company, 116 Agnes Rd, Ste 200, Knoxville, TN 37919 ("we", "us"), which runs Golf League Link. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Golf League Link helps league organizers keep a roster, run games, collect scores from players through a shared link, and work out leaderboards and suggested payouts.

League money

Golf League Link only records prize funds that organizers collect and pay out themselves. We never hold, move or pay out league money, and payout figures are suggestions. Organizers are responsible for their league's money and for following local rules on prize play.

Accounts and payment

• An organizer account costs $79 per year, billed once a year in advance, with no free trial. It renews automatically each year until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store your card details.
• You can cancel anytime; the account stays active until the end of the paid year and then becomes read-only. Refunds follow our refund policy.
• Players never pay and never need an account.

Your content

You own your league's data (player names, handicaps, scores, results). You give us permission to store and display it to run the service. Only add people who have agreed to take part in your league.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, try to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Course data

Course information comes from third-party sources and other organizers and may contain mistakes. Check scorecards before you play.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee.

Changes

We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes by email or in the app.
